When did you choose your college major?

Did you ever change your major? If so, why?

I choose Business Administration College major at the beginning of my senior year in high school because it is a major that focus and prepares the individual with the knowledge and the tools to set about an excellent business on their own or lead an established company to success in the world of business.

Why do you think you would like this particular type of job?

My interest and knowledge in Human Resources matches the type of duties of and responsibilities of your company. I would invest my time and strength to manage the particular job that I applied to be part of the vision and mission of the company.

What motivates you? Why?

My passion to serve, guide and help others to make their way to reach their goals and a better economic/social welfare is what motivate me to do my best in the job I would like to apply in your company. I want to set the difference and place the interests of the employees, customers, clients, and employer as the top priorities

Do you prefer working with others or by yourself?

I prefer working by myself because I am 100% responsible of everything related to my core duties and tasks of the day. If anything goes wrong, I accept the weight of my mistakes. I am the type of person who likes to set things in a professional and organized matter to complete every task that is handed to me because the employer puts their trust on me; I do everything to not let down the people that trust me.
